Nadine Adams MSPT, CPT and Educator- (Norwell)
Womens Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Group Exercise Instructor. Nadine graduated from Simmons College with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of Clinical settings and has experience working with multiple medical, neurological and orthopedic conditions across the continuum of care. It wasnt until she got married later in her career and her two daughters were born that her interest in Womens Health developed. The past 12 years she has focused on working with pregnant and post-partum population and specializes in Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) treatment, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. Nadine has been in private practice the past few years and created a Diastasis recti treatment and management program called Restore Your Core REHAB™. She suffered a large diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction after her second child and since then has been passionate about empowering other women how to manage and navigate the various changes that occur during pregnancy and post partum. Nadine also has a passion for education and is a faculty member at Fitness Education Inc, a national certification company, and teaches a variety of continuing education seminars and certification programs for her fitness peers. She guest lectures at local colleges and hospitals and offers educational seminars on Optimal core rehabilitation and how to safely exercise during pregnancy and return to exercise post partum. Nadine combines her experience in the Healthcare and Fitness industries to offer a holistic, well rounded approach to care for her clients. When she isnt working she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, working out, teaching Barre and Pilates classes, dancing and enjoys hiking and walking outdoors. *WOMEN'S HEALTH SPECIALIST*
Sarah Bent, DPT- (Braintree)
Sarah graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT with her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2017 and with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Sarah is a former Division I Cross Country runner, which led to her interest in orthopedic therapy and sports rehabilitation. Sarah completed her final clinical rotation at Peak where she gained experience with pelvic floor diagnoses and also plans to pursue a specialty in women's health. In her free time, Sarah enjoys staying active and spending time at her family home on Cape Cod. *PELVIC HEALTH SPECIALIST*
Donna Chiao, PT, DPT- (Braintree)
Donna received her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Boston University. She enjoys treating a wide range of patients, and is passionate in working with the pregnant and postpartum population. She has undergone specialized training in pelvic health physical therapy, and has been a teaching assistant for pelvic health courses. She is also a registered yoga teacher. Kellie Fokin, PT, DPT- (Quincy & Norwell)
Kellie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2015. Her clinical interests include pediatric patients ages as young as one month old, with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She was trained in pediatric pelvic health by the APTA Section on Women's Health and adult pelvic health by the Herman and Wallace institute. Other areas of clinical interest include post concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, where she has underwent a variety of training to treat all ages of patients. Jeanine Jernegan, PT- (Norwell)
Jeanine received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1995. She combines manual therapies with functional strengthening in order to meet her patient's individual goals. Jeanine effectively treats a wide variety of patients including orthopedics, vestibular, post-concussion, women's health, spine, TMD and post-op. Jeanine also utilizes the specialty technique of dry needling as well as other various techniques. She also provides aquatic therapy services for our Scituate clinic. Ruth Maloney, PT, DPT, Director of Pelvic Health- (Norwell & Scituate)
Ruth received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2007. She has gone through extensive training in Women's and Men's pelvic health with significant clinic experience in treating urinary/bowel dysfunctions, chronic pain, and pregnancy and postpartum issues. She furthered her manual and clinical skills through course work from NAIOMT, the Herman and Wallace Institute, and Discover Physio. She is passionate about educating the community and other medical professionals on pelvic health and has developed several programs to further overall understanding and recognition of these issues. Ruth believes in individualized care with a focus on whole body health and wellness. She is married with 2 children and enjoys gardening, reading, hiking and yoga. *WOMEN'S AND MEN'S HEALTH SPECIALIST*
Cassandra Mosher, PT, DPT- (Norwell)
Cassie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She enjoys evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries and is particularly passionate about working with patients seeking pelvic floor physical therapy. She has undergone specialized training in pelvic health physical therapy through the APTA Section on Women's Health and enjoys providing personalized and compassionate care. Before earning her doctorate, Cassie studied music and spent seven years teaching piano and voice lessons to students of all ages. She now lives in Cambridge with her husband and their dog, Clive.
Rachel Quinlan, MSPT - (Scituate)
Rachel attended Boston University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2000, and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002. Rachel enjoys treating a wide variety of diagnoses, from orthopedic and post- surgical care to pelvic floor dysfunction. Rachel has additional certifications in both Graston Technique Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage and KinesioTaping, and has also completed coursework with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Rachel’s treatment philosophy combines the use manual techniques to correct tissue and joint dysfunction with education and the implementation of exercise to empower patients to maximize recovery and function. A former rugby player, Rachel now enjoys cheering on her sons at their various sports, skiing with her family, and spending time in the woods of Maine. *PELVIC HEALTH AND GRASTON SPECIALIST*
