Once you’ve received a comprehensive evaluation and given the tools to help you reach your goals, we also offer additional options to help you stay on track.

The PEAK Accountability and Progression Program includes regular check-ins to make sure you’re staying on track with the program and meeting your goals
The PEAK Training Package includes one-on-one training for the individual who wants the direct attention of their Physical Therapist to guide them through their training
