About the Position

Peak Physical Therapy seeks a passionate and dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our expanding team. Our clinic specializes in treating patients with complex medical histories and unique needs, emphasizing holistic, patient-centered care that prioritizes physical well-being and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical Therapy: Proficient in treating a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, return-to-sport, post-op, and spine rehab, and may also have experience with vestibular, TMD, pelvic health, and pediatric therapy.
• Holistic Approach: Screen for and address overlapping factors affecting recovery, including sleep patterns, nutrition, stress levels, physical activity, and mental health.
• Positive Work Environment: Engage with fellow healthcare professionals and patients to maintain a collaborative clinic environment that supports healing and professional growth.
• Patient Care: Foster a warm, nurturing atmosphere where trust and individualized care are priorities. Ask thoughtful questions to refer patients for additional professional services as necessary.
• Autonomy and Creativity: Exercise professional autonomy, using creative solutions to meet patient needs while balancing your own personal and professional goals. Maintain open communication with colleagues and management.
• Punctuality: Respect patient and clinic schedules by being punctual and promptly informing management of any changes.
• Documentation: Complete all patient documentation efficiently, ideally on the same day, and assist with additional documentation requests for medical reviews or litigation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Specialized training and experience in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (all genders)
• Active MA state Physical Therapy license with proven success in patient outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building lasting patient relationships
• Ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds through empathy and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Experience providing trauma-informed care
