Shelby A.

Shelby graduated from Northeastern University in May 2022 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since graduating, Shelby has gained experience treating a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries across the lifespan with special interest in high school and collegiate athletics including overhead athletes and ACL reconstruction. She completed her Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor certification in September 2023 and treats a wide variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is passionate about working with women during pregnancy and the postpartum period to navigate the changes that occur at this time. She hopes to instill the importance of movement as medicine in patients to foster independence in their recovery and allow them to remain healthy and active in the future. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys walking on the beach with her dog Summer, exploring new workout studios, and searching for the best coffee shops on the South Shore.
