Dr. Elizabeth Sims is the Clinic Director of our Kingston location and is passionate about helping individuals move better and feel their best. Before joining Peak, she founded RedPoint Physical Therapy, where she built a strong reputation for personalized, movement-focused care. Elizabeth enjoys supporting patients through all stages of recovery and creating a welcoming environment where they feel confident and encouraged. Outside the clinic, she enjoys local restaurants, skiing in New England, and spending time with her family—including cheering on her daughters and playing in her adult league soccer games.
