Dr. Kaylee Dow is a Physical Therapist at Peak Physical Therapy in Braintree who is passionate about helping patients feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. She takes a personalized, empowering approach to care, working collaboratively with each patient to build resilience, restore function, and support long-term health.
Kaylee earned her Bachelor of Exercise Science from Simmons University before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of New England. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, sports-related injuries (including powerlifting), and women’s pelvic health, with a specialized focus on pregnancy and postpartum care, chronic pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence. She is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood, especially when addressing sensitive pelvic health concerns.

Originally from Norway, Maine, Kaylee maintains an active lifestyle through powerlifting, running, hiking, and traveling. She enjoys exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, reading, and attending concerts. A devoted sports fan, she cheers for the Dallas Cowboys, Boston Red Sox, and Boston Celtics. At home, she stays busy with her miniature border collie/Aussie mix, Willow.
